What is the Therapist’s approach?
The Therapist’s approach is psychodynamic and I offer a relationship that is compassionate, respectful and collaborative. As a professional and experienced counsellor I have extensive training in human behaviours and can offer insight into complex personal issues. I aim to work with clients so they can explore the possibility for change, to find their own solutions and look at how this can be achieved in therapy. If counselling is not the preferred choice I will sign post the client(s) to alternatives which may include other outside Agencies or Professionals.
